It is a computer form... and the instructions say to PRINT legibly.. like you can take your pen and write on the computer! ROFL!!!
Funny! Love your pics for 365...it felt good to get caught up after my computer problems!
I absolutely can't figure it out but maybe if I TYPE legibly YOU can figure it out. Good grief! Someone didn't think before making that form, huh? LOL! LOVE YOU!
