I won this personalized Christmas ornament from a blog giveaway over on the Patiently Waiting blog.  It's from FlossyLulu's Etsy Shop.   They have great customer service and fast shipping.

I decided not to put it away with the Christmas Ornaments, I'm keeping it up all year.
