The photo was taken on Thanksgiving 2004. She looked so cute in her cowgirl hat, I just couldn't resist. I've also had the paper hanging around for quite some time, just waiting for this photo to be glued to it.

This second challenge was to use Bling and a Spring Theme:

For this layout, I used iris photos that were taken the spring after we moved here. I had no idea that these irises were underground waiting to bloom. Boy was I happy! I have a brown thumb and can't get anything to grow. These came up like magic. Flower photography is my favorite.

This third challenge was to use a clear transparency:

I had this photo of my Daddy and me when I was a little girl. It was taken in the spring of 1969, I think. The transparency came in a mystery pack I purchased from Rocky Mountain Hobbies. I thought the two went together quite well.

I hope you enjoy my layouts and thank you for looking.

Bosco is My Sunshine

I made this layout for a Survivor Challenge on the All Moments Remembered message board.I was voted off right away.

Bosco is my mixed breed doggie. She is eleven years old and is still my baby girl. Nearly every day, I sing the song, "You are My Sunshine" to her. I mean every word of it.

The paper is from DCWV Summer Stack and Junkitz Whimsical Halloween collection.

The large flower is one I received from my friend Cindy in a Swap on The Crafty Table.

The small brown flower is from Making Memories

The sticker letters for the title on the right are from a kit.

Thinking of Spring

During the blizzard I kept thinking of Spring.
